SALARY $120k - $185k OTE



The Role:

A luxury product design start up, renowned for its high-end residential focus, is seeking a strategic leader to drive their global sales and spearhead the next phase of growth. With established markets in the UK, US, and key international regions, the company has built a solid foundation, with product and infrastructure in place. Now, they are looking for an experienced Head of Sales to lead their US sales efforts.

Based in the US, this role will develop and implement business sales strategies, motivate the existing team, and expand the company’s US reach by building out new distribution channels.

Rather than someone who requires constant direction, the ideal candidate will come in with clear plans, offering strategic guidance and shaping the future growth of the business. This is a senior leadership role that combines elements of sales strategy, market expansion, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy & Leadership: Develop and lead the global sales strategy, focusing on expanding markets in the UK and Europe while supporting the US market

  • Team Management: Provide strategic direction to the existing sales team, ensuring that they are motivated, aligned with the company’s vision, and equipped to achieve their goals.

  • Market Expansion: Identify, onboard, and nurture new distributors globally, particularly in underdeveloped regions such as Europe, to increase the company’s market presence.

  • Client & Distributor Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with the company’s global expansion goals

  • Operational & Strategic Growth: Work closely with the leadership team to define and execute business strategies, including the development of KPIs and long-term growth targets.

  • Business Transformation: Bring gravitas and seniority to the management team, helping to structure and streamline business processes while fostering a collaborative environment that supports the company’s rapid growth.

  • Adaptability & Vision: Lead the company through a period of significant growth, providing a clear vision while balancing the fast-paced demands of an entrepreneurial environment. The role requires someone who can work independently and is comfortable driving change.

Key Skills:
  • Extensive experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within a luxury product, design, or high-end market.

  • Strong background in global sales strategy, with proven success in expanding distribution networks across multiple regions.

  • A strategic thinker with the ability to motivate teams and influence leadership, offering clear direction and shaping the company’s future growth.

  • Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment, balancing high demands with clear long-term vision and structure.

  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to engage with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects, working independently and taking ownership from strategy to execution.
