Client Concierge / Junior Sales

The Role:
Are you passionate about the luxury interiors and furniture industry? A prestigious high-end furniture company based in West London is looking for a driven and confident Client Concierge to join their close-knit, friendly team.
This role is perfect for someone early in their career who is excited about developing skills in client relations and luxury sales. Starting as a client concierge, you’ll be the primary point of contact for managing incoming sales leads and client communications—ensuring that every client receives a seamless experience from initial inquiry to project completion.
With about 90 inquiries and over 200 total monthly leads, you’ll play a vital role in qualifying leads and converting them into opportunities. This role is designed as a foundation for growth, with a clear path to develop into a sales position within 9-12 months, depending on performance. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management: Handle and qualify all incoming sales inquiries, including lookbook requests, downloads, and other initial client interest.
Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact, providing timely updates and guidance throughout each client’s journey.
Opportunity Conversion: Convert qualified leads into viable sales opportunities and contribute to overall sales growth.
Support Sales Team: Assist the sales team by managing day-to-day client requests, allowing senior sales to focus on business development and high-profile inquiries
Develop Sales Skills: Gain experience in luxury sales techniques.
